DELIVERY PROCESS
At PURIST Peptides, our delivery process is designed to ensure reliability, discretion, and product integrity from order placement through to receipt.
1. Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed and payment is successfully processed, a confirmation email is sent with your order details. Orders are only processed once full payment has been received.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day
Each order undergoes a quality check and secure packaging before dispatch
3. Packaging Standards
All products are:
Securely sealed and packaged to maintain integrity
Discreetly packed with no external product identification
Prepared to minimise risk of damage during transit
4. Shipping & Courier
We make use of reputable courier partners within South Africa to ensure efficient delivery.
Standard Delivery: Typically 2–5 business days depending on location
Delivery timelines may vary for outlying or regional areas
5. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched:
A tracking number is issued via email or SMS
Customers can track delivery progress directly with the courier
6. Delivery Requirements
A recipient must be available at the delivery address to accept the parcel
The courier may contact the recipient to coordinate delivery if required
7. Delays & Exceptions
While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
Courier operational issues
Weather or external disruptions
High order volumes
PURIST Peptides is not liable for delays once the parcel has been handed to the courier, but we will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.
8. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may result in additional courier charges for re-delivery.
