RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At PURIST Peptides, we prioritise product integrity, safety, and quality control. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no returns and no refunds policy.
1. No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products once they have been dispatched. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, sterility, and quality assurance of all items.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We will replace items that arrive damaged or defective, subject to the following conditions:
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Clear photo or video evidence of the damage must be provided
The original packaging must be retained for verification
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement of the affected item at no additional cost
3. Non-Eligible Claims
We do not replace or compensate for:
Improper storage after delivery
Incorrect handling or usage
Minor cosmetic packaging damage that does not affect product integrity
Delays caused by courier services beyond our control
4. Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details at checkout. PURIST Peptides is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided.
